Rarely are people not satisfied with our luxury for fewer products; however, I never like to keep anything I’m not satisfied with. From Italy to Asia and most policies manufactured in the United States, I travel extensively to work with the best and most affordable manufacturers. I want to give you complete peace of mind with your purchases from our website and our custom collections.

My mom is the head of my customer service team. We want to ensure each purchase on my site is a happy experience. We all thrive to answer your pre-sales questions. We even love to face-time or providing videos of products should help us both avoid any returns.

Should you need to return something, please read over our return policy for each product category. If you feel we’ve missed answering a question, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help. See the return policies for each category below:

We accept returns of full-price merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date when shipped within the United States or Canada. The products must be new, unused, and unworn products with original packing and hangtags attached.

Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returns can be made via mail by contacting us for a return authorization and a free prepaid return label.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more after promo codes are calculated—cannot be returned.

All fashion accessories eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached with all original packaging must be intact.

Surprise sales or pop-up shop sales along with select promotions are considered final sale merchandise and cannot be returned online or in our shops.

We only accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the United States and Canada.

All items purchased through any of our physical retail shops or wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

Custom-built furniture is explicitly built for each customer and cannot be returned.

In-stock regular priced Home Decor and/or Lighting can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned. We carefully inspect each lighting item and home decor item before shipment. All shipping damages should be reported directly to the carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached. returning eligible items by US mail free with our prepaid label.

Step 1
Contact us for a return authorization. if you are returning a gift, include your email address in the return request along with the purchaser’s full name.

Step 2
Pack your items and return the authorization packing slip. Items must be securely packed in the original package. Keep the tracking number and copy of the packing slip for your records.

Step 3
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package. make sure no other tracking labels are showing. if you have misplaced your free return label, contact us for another label.

Step 4
Ship the item back. We recommend that you use UPS or insured USPS parcel post. Please take note the tracking number for your records.
